New Assistant Chief and Fire Captain
for El Dorado County Fire

Camino - Fire Chief Bruce Lacher promoted Mark Johnson to the newly created position of Assistant Chief and Greg Morford to Fire Captain for El Dorado County Fire Protection District last Wednesday night during the monthly Fire District meeting.

Chief Lacher stated that "Assistant Chief Mark Johnson brings 30 years of fire service experience to the District. The scope of his knowledge and expertise that he brings to his new job will be a huge asset to the Fire District and its constituents. It is also an honor to promote Greg Morford to Fire Captain. His skills and depth of experience will be invaluable to the people of El Dorado County."
